Over the past few weeks, it has been amazing to watch more and more plants being shared and genuine friendships being forged. We believe community-building is the best way to enhance your relationship with houseplants, so we're always looking for new ways to bring people closer together.
We were noticing a lot of users giving shout outs in captions, but their friends didn't know about it. These were missed opportunities to bring people closer together, but that changed with our latest update. Mention a friend's username and they'll get a notification that you're talking about them!
Prōpa has been built from the ground up to be the easiest place to get cuttings of the houseplant you can't find or can't afford, so it has taken time to build social features like this. We're getting there :)
